This site provides information about Eclipse, an open source, AI-native developer platform. We aim to collect as little data as possible and to be clear about what is collected.
Information we collect
If analytics are enabled, the site may collect anonymous usage data such as page views and referring sources to understand interest in the product. The site itself does not require an account.
The application and your data
Eclipse supports local, private AI. When you run a model locally, your code and prompts are processed on your own machine and are not sent to a third-party provider. When you connect a cloud model, your requests go to the provider whose API key you supply, under that provider's terms.
